The Well Life Foundation believes that personal coaching is a valuable tool for everyone...
but we know that it’s beyond the financial reach of many. For this reason, Illuminator level coaches volunteer their time in a bimonthly group coaching call. If you are eligible for food stamps, or your household income is at or below 200% of the federal poverty threshold*, you can receive free group coaching through the Well Life Foundation. To be considered, please complete the form below.
*The Foundation uses the 2018 guidelines found here. If you are not sure if you qualify, complete the form below and you’ll be contacted by a Foundation representative.
Those with a household income above the threshold may include a statement why they think they should still be considered for free coaching.
Group Coaching FAQs
Who does the coaching? What kind of coaching is this?
Your coach will be a certified Dragontree Illuminator. These coaches receive over 130 hours of training, including over 30 in-person training hours. Dragontree Life Coaching is a special type of coaching that focuses on you – your light, your wisdom, your truth, and your healing. They are fully equipped to help with practical tasks like planning, budgeting, and goal and intention setting, or with common problems like procrastination, time management, confidence and self worth.
While it’s important to note that coaching is NOT therapy, your coach can also help you navigate and heal other issues and problems in your life. Dragontree Illuminators are trained in various techniques including holding space, magnetization, meditation, and somatic and energetic exercises, to help you shine light on, question, and change negative patterns that may be holding you back from becoming your highest self.

What is group coaching like?
In group coaching, you’ll meet on a call with your coach and 3-5 others seeking help on similar issues. We’ll begin with a grounding exercise, then briefly address group agreements (no interrupting, no advice unless requested, confidentiality, etc.). Next you and the other callers will take turns speaking in the group on whatever issues are going on for you at the moment. Your coach will hold space for you as you begin to unwind the issues and patterns that are affecting your life.
While others within the group are sharing and receiving input, support, or simply being heard, your own heart and soul will be lightened. The beauty of group coaching is that all healing is for the good of the collective.
I’m uncomfortable sharing personal information in a group of strangers. Is there another option?
We use first names only on the call, and only your coach will be able to see your phone number or full name. You are welcome to share only what you are comfortable with in the group.
Unfortunately at this time we don’t provide free individual coaching.
What’s the time commitment?
You’ll be invited into a group call that occurs twice per month, for one hour each call, for three months. We encourage you to attend as many calls as possible during that period.
At the end of three months you are welcome to reapply if you feel you would benefit from additional coaching. You are also welcome to come back at any time.
